Head of Product Sales Quote to Order @Volvo Group
Rick has been a true professional software engineer with a very positive attitude. He was working in my team since last year and have been a great team player who is always willing to take new challenges. He has been really good with front end development and also worked on backend micro services. On top of the technical role he played the role of scrum master in our Agile Release Train. He was very good in identifying requirements keeping an end user experience and adapted the feedbacks from them quickly. It will be great to have a fun loving team player like Rick in any organisation.

I initially arrived in 2015 on a work visa in Jönköping, but I sort of was hoping to get back with an ex that ended up not panning out :(
1) Being very team oriented. I know it sounds corny, however it seems like the more you share knowledge instead of hoarding it and also help your department with various tasks, you don't end up siloing yourself and it makes you more dispensable.
2) Code first approach. Sometimes I feel like I should have researched more on the best practices and design-patterns and I end up feeling like I could have saved a little time if I had just read a bit more instead.
3) Too curious about new technology. Maybe this is a good thing but I'm always looking ahead especially in web server and front-end frameworks.
