alright alright, i understand why we all love southern California…

Here’s how i relaxed on my last day before the school semester starts:

High of 78˚F / 25˚C in mid January.  Tough to beat for sure! (Crystal Cove – in between Laguna and Newport beach)

it felt good to just drive around in my car again in the sun, run errands before big bear on Friday, and listen to some of that country music blasting!

 

 

Had fun with some great people in big bear this past weekend.  snowboarding, drinking, laughter.

and of course…

Fitness Tip of the day:

You need to eat carbs!… good carbs.
