Vacation time is over, I visited Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Big Bear, Santa Monica, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach in the last 3 weeks. Now it’s time to get serious again…
Goal 1) Straight A’s in 4 Computer Science Classes this semester
Goal 2) Launch preworkout fitness product with business partner
Goal 3) Go from my current 150lbs to 162lbs of Muscle and reduce some body fat
No drinking until the semester is over or I am on a real vacation. Sorry guys.
Work out 3x a week (recommended since 4 to 5x a week is too much unless you really eat and sleep that much) and eat the correct calories.
